In the event of an accident, your insurer may suggest using their own suppliers to source a bodyshop and components for the repair. However, these parts will not be guaranteed to be approved-Volvo parts.
Through Volvo’s Car Accident Assistance, this is prevented from happening, and is also free of charge to all Volvo owners, ensuring any such repairs are made to factory standards. Volvo will also be able to supply you with a replacement vehicle in the meantime to keep you on the move.
