The Kia EV6 Models and Design
The new Kia electric SUV EV6 has enlarged but elegant features. It has a longer wheelbase and larger wheels, with 19-inch alloy wheels, and a matching alloy pedal in the interior. It also has wide LED lights at the back, and the front has been designed to be wider too for improved aerodynamics.
You can choose from four trims: the Kia EV6 new entry-level variant, Air, the GT-Line, and the top-of-the-range GT-Line S. The Kia EV6 GT-Line is a sporty trim that benefits from GT exterior styling, ambient interior lighting, vegan leather upholstery, and front relaxation seats. The new Kia EV6 interior also has seats made from recycled plastic and has bright yellow stitching as a neon bold accent.
All models benefit from the inside cabin having a digital display and a contemporary infotainment system. There are also steering-wheel-mounted controls, USB ports in the cabin, and wireless phone charging points. The new Kia EV6 is spacious too, and the boot holds 520-litres, which can be increased to an accommodating 1,300-litres with the seats folded down.

The Kia EV6 Safety
The Korean manufacturers produced the new electric Kia EV6 with a range of intuitive safety features installed as standard to help assist with your drive.
The new EV6 has vehicle stability management, with ESC and Hill-start Assist, installed in every vehicle. The car has an electric parking brake with an auto-hold function, this helps to keep the car from rolling when in idle, and will automatically release when the driver begins to accelerate again.
The car also has Navigation-based Smart Cruise Control (NSCC) with a Stop and Go functionality that conserves battery power by shutting off the power when stopping. It also has Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist (FCA) that detects pedestrians, cyclists and other motorists in your way and will brake for you if it detects a potential collision.
There is also an emergency stop signalling system to warn other drivers of your braking, and an eCall system, which will call the emergency services if it detects the airbags have been activated.

The Kia EV6 Performance
The new Kia EV6 is an all-electric SUV that builds on an Electric-GMP powertrain. It comes with a 77.4kWh battery as standard. The Lithium-ion battery has a Type 2 coupler/connector type, which helps to charge the car with a lightning speed charging time.
In 350kW Super Charge mode, the new EV6 Kia has an impressive charge time of up to 80% in just 18 minutes. What’s more, with this type of charging, you can receive up to 62 miles of electric range in your Kia in just four and a half minutes; the maximum combined pure-electric range being 328-miles.
With such high power and performance, the new Kia EV6 has plenty of power to go around. In fact, it offers a great Vehicle-to-Load feature; its powerful battery and the Electric-Global Modular Platform (E-GMP) can allow you to charge other items on the go.
