The new Renault Austral E-Tech has a full hybrid powertrain, producing up to 200bhp and returning around 60mpg. For eco-conscious drivers, the car can switch to fully electric mode for up to 80% of city driving, maximising economy and reducing emissions in the process.
The full hybrid system can cut fuel consumption by up to 40% by combining a battery, two electric motors and a combustion engine to create its powertrain structure. Meanwhile, shock absorbers improve damping for a reliable road hold and a more composed, confident ride.
Taking safety to the next level, the new Renault Austral E-Tech features up to 30 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems, including Cruise Control, Lane Keeping Assist and an Emergency Braking System. These are just some of the features that give it a five-star safety rating.
