About Stoneacre Academy
Stoneacre Motor Group represents many leading car manufacturers, including some of the most popular car brands in the world. We are positioned uniquely within the automotive industry in having our very own school - Stoneacre Academy was set up in 2015, and is proudly an Ofsted-regulated school.
Our philosophy at Stoneacre Academy is to create CAREERS FOR LIFE, offering sustainable, life-changing opportunities.
We’ve enrolled 100s of apprentices who work in a variety of roles, including Business Administration, Fleet, Service, Parts, Bodyshop, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Vehicle Technicians.
They also work towards industry recognised qualifications. Our Careers for Life philosophy has seen 96% of our apprentices now in full time employment with us, with 36% of those developing their careers even further and now work in senior and management positions within the company.
Our bespoke apprenticeships are designed to increase knowledge, improve skills and develop performance. Additionally, our apprentices can achieve qualifications equivalent to GCSEs and A-Levels, whilst also getting paid for their work.

Stoneacre Motor Group provides a CAREER FOR LIFE programme which gives every employee an equal opportunity to train, be ambitious, grow their experience, and ensure a clear path up to management/director level.
We heavily invest in apprenticeships, and Shaun Foweather’s (Managing Director) mission is to see apprentices develop and one day be part of the senior management team.
Being both Provider and Employer, Stoneacre works exceptionally well to ensure the training delivered is not only outstanding in quality of teaching and learning, but industry-leading.
Our directors and senior management communicate this consistently, and Our Mission Statement is 'Learning that inspires and empowers Careers for Life’. Working together, our bespoke training programmes and residential block training gives our learners every tool and skill for them to succeed in their apprenticeship and career.
At Stoneacre, it’s not about funding - for us it’s about making a difference and changing someone’s life, as well as the value that adds to our culture and business.
