Maintaining a strategic-management process through evaluation, analysing, control, measuring performance and implementation. Implement rigorous process and policies to consistently strive to maintain ‘Outstanding’.

Academy Operations Coordinator, supporting the Academy in all operational aspects from Safeguarding, Welfare and Neurodiverse Supporting Officer, ESFA, compliance using key MIS systems, along with promoting Academy social media and other operational functionalities within the Academy.
Jess brings with her accredited qualifications along with a vast amount of knowledge within Mental Health, Safeguarding, Psychology, Health and Social Care and Counselling qualifications.
Support apprentices’ wellbeing and progression to help manage with their mental health, this will include developing and maintaining coping strategies to support them achieve their goals.
Academy Administration Apprentice

Hannah joins the team at Stoneacre Academy as an Administrator Apprentice, supporting the Academy with all aspects of Administration.
Working to ensure the administration data runs seamlessly. Provides administrative support to management, tutors and staff.
Hannah also supports the ESFA compliance processes and learner journey from beginning to end. This includes ensuring all functional skills are marked and resources prepared for tutors.
To support co-ordinate all, start, progress and completion assessor paperwork ensuring audit and compliance targets are met.
Residential Safeguarding Officer

Works directly for the HR Manager and supports the Academy as our Residential Safeguarding Officer.
Responsible for the welfare of our apprentices outside of normal office hours, assisting with the challenges faced by residential apprentices, behaviour, safety, security and health.
Signposting and raising concerns as appropriate for more complex issues e.g. emotional and possible mental health issues. Safeguarding responsibilities under the Children and Young People Act.
